I'm naturally fun and upbeat, and I excel at taking charge in serious situations. However, I've noticed that when I show my playful side, some people tend to take me less seriously. Is there a way to balance lightheardness with leadership?

Sometimes when my spouse snores i’l flick them real hard and they will wake up panicked and I’ll say “ are you okay? It was just a dream a bad dream...shhh just sleep” and then they will calm down and fall back asleep with less of a snore 🥴
