A good bit of advice is to prepare but not over prepare. You want to have all the information you may need at your fingertips, but not sound totally rehearsed. If you become nervous during the interview itself, there are various breathing exercises you can do to try to get your system under control. I've usually found that I'm nervous until we get into the subject matter, and when I'm talking about what I know the nerves fade away.
I’ve had great interviews with people who were visibly nervous. What made the difference was their ability to own it and keep going. Nerves don’t disqualify you.
