Can someone share advice on navigating the office politics while being a POC? My question is specifically about asking tough questions to senior management. Is there specific “etiquette” to follow?

I’m currently a bankruptcy paralegal. Not sure I want to stay in bankruptcy forever. I’ve heard it can be really hard to change practice types and break into a new area of law. Anyone have experience or tips/advice on doing so?

I have 4 years experience, Undergraduate, postgraduate diploma,professional certs in Financial crimes and Project Management. The companies in Canada pay so much cheaper compared to other 1st world countries

Why did y'all choose to be in finance? I asked myself this question and honestly can't come to a viable conclusion that justifies my WLB and deteriorating mental health
