I'm relatively new to being a PM, and I’m finding it hard to build credibility with senior stakeholders. They tend to dismiss my input or overrule me in meetings, I don’t think they care one way or another what I think. Any advice for how to build trust and respect?

I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them. I did tell them that I’m at final stage with other companies so they can expect multiple offer situation from me. Advice?

I will be relocating out of state from NY to FL in December. My current role does not allow flexibility to work remote and our offices in FL have no tech roles for transfer.
