I had an interview with PepsiCo. I was looking for 140 to 150 salary and they said they could only do 112k. It’s a lot of money to leave on the table. I told them I don’t wanna continue with the process mainly cause I don’t wanna waste their/my time.

I got into marketing because I thought it would be an opportunity to make good money in a field where I could still exercise my creativity, but I’ve found it to be extremely stifling and bogged down by bureaucracy. Does it ever get better?

I’m a recent grad & began my first career as a marketing coordinator. It’s been quite frustrating to say the least.
