I'm so out of the loop when it comes to interview attire these days. I’ve been working from home for so long and my office has become more casual post-pandemic. I’m wondering what’s appropriate for interviews now. What’s your go-to outfit for a more laid-back interview environment?

I always dress up for interviews . Even if they are a business casual place, I go business business for the interview. I would rather over dress than under on a first impression.

For a laid-back interview, I’d go for smart-casual—think a nice pair of slacks or a skirt with a polished top like a button-down or blouse. You could throw on a blazer if you want to look a little more put-together. Just make sure you feel confident and comfortable!
