How often do you convert your after tax 401k contributions as part of the mega backdoor?

In BCG it seems we often fail ERISA testing, and that is notified 10 months after year is over......so best practices for us is to not convert at all, and do it all at once 10 months after the year is over

I’m at Accenture and do it every paycheck. I do an in service withdrawal to Roth IRA

Except I front load the mega backdoor amount for the first few months of paychecks

I try to do it every paycheck (15 days) but realistically do it once a month

My employer’s (VMware ) 401k plan is with Fidelity and offers automated after-tax-to-Roth conversions for the Mega Backdoor (see 19 in PDF below)

1- Where to learn/refresh about Options; 2- resource to download or analyze stock data (historical prices) as well as key metrics (PE, YoY revenue growth) to identify stocks as outliers either for shorting or as investment 3 - Paid or unpaid resources that discuss ideas and trends (not necessarily just stock picks).
thanks in advance. And happy holidays!

If you are planning to buy a house soon, here's a great way you can save taxes.

When you usually sell your shares, it attracts taxes. You either pay STCG for less than 1 year or LTCG for 1 year or above. Even if you sell your existing property, you would have to pay taxes on the capital gains.

But, if you have plans to buy a house, use the Capital Gains Account Scheme (CGAS) to save taxes.

How does CGAS work?

Let's say you bought a few shares in 2017 and want to sell them in 2022.
