I’m trying to initiate a PF transfer request from LTIMindtree to my new organization, but I’m running into this error on the EPFO portal:

“Invalid previous PF a/c number. In case if PF a/c in trust differs from member’s PF a/c number, then maximum allowed length is 20. Please enter valid data.”

I entered the PF number mentioned on my payslip, but it still throws the same error.

Has anyone else faced this? If yes, how did you resolve it ?
