I'm trying to treat January as a setup month rather than a sprint.
Getting conversations started, rebuilding momentum, and setting expectations early feels more sustainable.
Do you use January to push hard, or to set the tone for the year?

This is the only bowl I can think to post in, but I'm really feeling it today. Has anyone lost their best friend (i.e. through time/growing up) and feel like none of their current friends could live up to the fun/connection you used to have with your high school BFF? I feel like I put too much focus on that one friend and also my boyfriend and just never actually made time for anyone else. I fucked myself over.

Is there anyone here that’s a creative in advertising, and also in AA? I’m in the midst of the steps, and having a hard time making time for meeting commitments etc. with the time consuming and unpredictable way advertising tends to be. Any suggestions or similar experiences?
