I think the most important thing is having a clear process and sticking to it. How many rounds of interviews, who will be the interviewers, can you get space on their calendar now, etc etc. Also, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the skillsets/experiences they’ll be assessing so you avoid voodoo interviewing and having disagreements
Set clear timelines for each stage of the hiring process without compromising on thoroughness. We’ve also started pre-screening candidates more effectively to ensure we’re only moving forward with the best fits.
I have a strong pipeline. Please let me know what roles you are hiring for. I’ll be more than happy to help
Well that all sort of goes back to the screening process. You need to first have the ideal candidate in mind, really know what you're looking for. We did that by integrating HeyMilo into our ATS, and that mostly took care of pre-screening candidates, and providing candidate reports. With that, we narrow down the pool, and screen 1 on 1 from there. Candidates seem to be responding well to this system, and our team has been able to source quality candidates for whichever job positing at a rate we just weren't able to do before.
