Hi,
I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.
What do you all suggest, who have already opted for it?Accenture

People leave jobs constantly, especially this day and age. That would mean 95% of the workforce is failing, by your standards. Often times people leave to progress in their careers and overcome the “glass ceiling” that most companies have in place to create the illusion of mobility and the exact feeling you’re describing- “leaving is failing”.
It’s simply not true. You can and will leave to find teams that lift you up and want you to succeed versus keeping you down and questioning your value.

You have to think of toxic workplaces in the same way you think of abusive relationships, there will be continual doubt, think you may be the problem, etc etc, but you need to remember it won’t change and your only option is out. I highly recommend therapy to people that have spent a long time in a highly toxic work environment because there are a lot of conditioned behaviors that you won’t even realize are a problem until you move on. My biggest trigger has been management asking me for a quick chat, it’s taken 10 years to get over the sweating and trying to run through everything I could have done wrong in the 5 seconds it takes to walk to their office

Always remember that toxicity is a state of mind
No doubt but agony nonetheless. I did what it took to protect people and the retaliation from my company has been life altering and life ending.
