Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?
Please help me decide. Thank you!

The secret to Charles Dickens being able to write so much is that he was a prodigious walker. He would walk for hours a day, and it made him more creative than had he just been sitting at his desk. There's a famous story about how he addressed a workers' meeting and took a walk after. During his walk he decided to write A Christmas Story and he worked out the plot, which set him up to write the book in six weeks, in time for Christmas publication. The man was a pro.
I totally agree but one should also factor in fresh air and sunlight. I also get the same benefits from riding my bike especially when my route is random.
"Every day I walk myself into a state of well-being and walk away from every illness. I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it." - Søren Kierkegaard
Do these odds go down if you listen to podcasts on your walks? I walk a ton (3-4 miles a day with my dog) but I listen to podcasts every time. It would be hard to give that part of it up, but I do wonder if I would get the benefits of walking more if I was just alone with my thoughts!
I think those are beneficial too, but something incredible happens where my ideas thoughts or reflections literally pour out of my head and I note them or record them on my phone. I make sense of them later
I've always found this to be true, it's cool to see science backing up my anecdotal evidence. I walk around the office as much as I can for this reason. There's something freeing about getting away from the computer screen for any length of time. I always feel refreshed after.
I did this for mental health reasons but then heard geniuses have been doing it for centuries & it’s backed by science. Even from a spiritual standpoint of unblocking stagnant energy
Wow this is actually wild because I have heard people say this before but never knew there was actual science behind it. I am going to have to try doing this the next time I am feeling stuck in a creative rut.
