Omnistudio - may you get built in to Salesforce core. Hate how I have to install a package every release, test it, and when there is a break fix that cycle repeats. This is on top of those freaking data that drives functionalities (omniscripts, flex, IP) are all records and tough to sync to non-full copy. Salesforce needs to kill that product or get those into the core! What’s your take on this? This is for friendly conversation

Hi everyone! I’ve been working as a product manager in an internal consulting department at Kaiser Permanente a on software product that maps and automates clinical workflows. Although my title is a consultant, my role entails the usual responsibilities of a PM (prioritizing builds and features, identifying business requirements, mapping user journeys and stakeholder management). M&A/PE associate (trying to juggle multiple deals) feeling like I don’t have time to dive deeper into issues and it being highlighted in some of my work product as I am having to turn things right away and just pushing things out - so issues I may have caught if I had a better/deeper/higher level understanding are more apparent when partners review. Truly feeling like I’m just messing up all around but trying to give myself grace. How do you know if it’s just you or a part of the process?

First-year at a big law firm and I feel like i’m getting passed on good work opportunities that end up going to other first year associates. Is this the norm? I reach out for work but other non-minorities end up with the work. What do I do?
