In Cognizant are they monitoring strict 10 hours timings for employees?

At your firm, absent extenuating circumstances, where is the line drawn between “paralegal work” and “attorney work”? For example, who would draft a standard form motion for extension of time?

I have a photographer/ videographer on my team who is amazingly talented at executing the work, but he has no larger creative ideas or vision, and totally shuts down when we try to push him. Has anyone ever successfully grown someone like this or is it a lost cause?

Paralegals: My firm is looking for a paralegal, and I see the job posting advertising the salary as $65-$75k, with benefits. Is this a good salary for a paralegal (Greater LA area)? R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
