In LTIMindtree, HR started my pre-BGV before sending the offer letter. It has been 13 working days since the pre-BGV started, but I have not received any update from HR or the BGV team. However, on the portal, the status has been showing “Offered” since before the pre-BGV started.

So can you tell me how many days it usually takes for pre-BGV to be completed? And after BGV, they will not directly mark me as rejected, right? Because I have not received any update in these 13 working days.

In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.

I have received two offers from great companies. One is a senior analyst role in the advertising industry and another is a Product manager role in the risk industry. I have 1-2 years of experience as an analyst.
The salary, benefits for both are same. I’m looking for a role that has tech and strategy designing as well and both the roles offer this.
My long term goal is to be a product manager but I want to be on the tech side as well. How do evaluate the offers?
