Can anyone recommend online professional assessment tests for profiling personality / aptitudes, rather than for skills?

Or can you share which assessments you've seen private equity firms using most often?

I effectively received the agreed amount of money on my latest salary slip but I didn't sign any "new" contract. Is this normal? How does this work? Hi all, I just joined as Partner at one of the midsized Boston consulting firms in their NYC office. Last week, HR asked me to privately record my meeting with one of our interns pertaining to them leveraging their full-time offer internally to another group. Was it okay that I went through with it? Is this common practice?

Does anyone have sound advice for dealing with nitpicking feedback from a skip-level manager? I'm all for constructive feedback but something tells me that this individual might be out for me.
