hiring people who needs jobs.
Finding a job...I've been out for. 3mths now
I think it's more of a corporate greed issue. I know the economy isn't great but I think big companies are using this as an excuse to replace people with cheaper labor or AI

Mismatch of expectations on both sides. Candidates want transparency, growth, and flexibility. Employers want speed, certainty, and “perfect” fits. The middle ground - realistic job scopes, honest conversations, and investment in development - is where things actually work, but it takes discipline to get there.
Rising Star
The pay or lack of shall I say, and short staffing seems to be the main issues I’ve found.
In my opinion, it seems job seekers are dealing with a few things. The economy is not great and is evident as there are not many opportunities to be employed. We're seeing more jobs postings with catch all duties for less pay.
On the company side I've noticed the leadership roster. So many people and it seems like its top heavy. If I truly wanted to improve sustainability-I would start by eliminating positions, as you do not need Senior VP on top of Director and then Manager etc. I think some companies are really missing the point on how to manage their resources to drive them into the future.
