The recruiter mentioned an introductory discussion followed by a portfolio round. What are the expectations for this round? Do they focus more on UX execution, problem framing or business/strategic thinking? How important is highlighting stakeholder management, impact and a consulting mindset?

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?
