Is anyone else dealing with ageism? I just turned 57 and am fully capable of doing the work, but I'm getting zero traction. I have great skills and decades of experience, but no one gives me the time of day. How do I get employers to look past my age and see my value?

How are they finding your age? Im an HR Manager. Do not put dates on your resume. Don't put High School or college grad dates. Only list last 2 companies and if you need to list more, dont put dates. They are not supposed to discriminate, Yes, I know companies do. I just hired a 41 year old man with Grey hair. He was qualified and I assumed he might be older in my mind, but nothing was said in any interview or water cooler talk. Its just not allowed. I could not discriminate nor did we. Hired a great candidate. Keep looking, there are great companies out there who need your expertise.

I’m sober curious. I’m also about to help a new non-alcoholic spirit company with their launch.
I have a question for people in recovery. If a brand were to contend that sobriety is a spectrum, or allow for that to a least be part of the conversation, how does that make you feel? Are other brands doing a good job of being inclusive of people who are truly sober?
(I get that NA drinks / spirits can be triggering for people in recovery)

Hi All

From last 40-50 day's; I get call from HR ...
.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

Will i get interviewed @accenture or not....

I currently work in Revenue Cycle Management and I’m so unhappy. I started my career with BCBS processing claims and that was a dream. I would take a pay cut just to go back to that. I’m trying to transition out of RCM and into something else that will let me build off what I already know and still allow me to work from home. I’m considering getting my RHIT. Thoughts? Advice? Suggestions?

Has Capgemini started work from the office ? because I got an offer of 9 lpa they said it will be the next 2 years of work from home itself.
