Is anyone looking for roles and finding it spammed on linkedin. I look to apply for a head of role and linkedin is saying over 100 have applied in a few hours. Im in the uk and in consulting but i find it really hard to believe that most people applying are qualified or are they just stuffing cv with auto crud to try and get through?
Any advice as I’ve only applied to ones i can do but feel im getting passed over for lack of cissp but im chartered which is hard harder to attain.
