1.PACE-BMS Bridge broken
2. No further communication on ways of working
3. No clarity on appraisals/ promotions
4. We are supposed to work as BMS employees with PACE salary
5. PACE communicated we are supposed to work 85% on BMS and 15% on PACE internal initiatives but no written communication to BMS stakeholders ( We are supposed to keep this as a secrete and work extra)
6. list can go on but in nutshell PACE is Lala company and BMS is not able to handle there GCC in hyd

Is your firm treating 12/26 and 12/27 as firm holiday since the 24th and the 25th are during the weekend this year? Of course client demands would dictate whether people will be working, but curious what the official policy is. For what it’s worth, my firm treated the day after thanksgiving as holiday and I didn’t have to work for the whole day.
