IPG is unlike Publicis. The media AOR continue to have their own brand and agency, Initiative, UM and Mediahub. Like Omnicom with OMD, PHD and H&S
And all the activation such as search, social and programmatic is with Kinesso.
The reason why it’s separate and will be for the foreseeable future is they are very distinct with distinct cultures, approaches, strategy, client management, etc. they each have, attract and pitch different types of clients.
And IMO this a good thing.
