What is a good salary range for a Principal UX Designer with 15+ years of experience working in either Finance, Tech or Media industry in NYC?

150k

I work in consulting as a UX Manager with 5 years experience in the South and I make 145k so I’d expect a lot more in NYC for more experience and a higher level

I'm a UX designer with 7+ year of experience, currently leading a team of 3 doing multiple hats and responsibilities for 7 different products and the manager of an entire design system.. it is so much I cannot handle all the work and responsibilities much less the management of the work expected of me. Is a 110k salary even fair? I'm starting to realize my worth is much more, aiming at least $140k. You have 15+ experience.. I would expect $160k at least based on your experience.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…
