Is it advisable to switch from Support role to a Developer role after 6 years( This is a devloper role for a niche skill for which not much data will be available on Internet)
I have 2 offers from which I need to decide, 1 is for support role (shifts) and other is for Development role which I don't have hands on but managed to crack the interview somehow.

How long a fresher required to be in the position of becoming a team leader or equivalent to that position, just want to know because here in Citi one need to spend at least 4-5 years in order to become a team leader.(considering his work and performance is among the top 3 every quarter)

Now the company wants me to work on Power BI and convert all dashboards into it. I want to make my career in Tableau and I don't want to work on Power BI as I find it hard as compared to Tableau also less interesting. -One LLC, so only one PPM
-Multiple investors that can be onboarded anytime
-Multiple investments that investors can determine whether or not they want to invest in
-One K-1 per investor based on their investments and income
