I got offers from Capgemini and HCL with the highest CTC in HCL. I negotiated with Capgemini and they matched the HCL offer.
Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.
Please suggest Is it good idea to take HCL offer now after negotiating with Capigemini.

As far as I heard HCL is having good projects in my domain.

So… two months ago I started a gig as a CD. Good agency. Very talented people. Pretty quickly I realized that my new job is kinda about keeping up with incoming emails/teams messages.
