One of my friend got fired last year and company (big 4) messed up the F&f payment process. They forgot to deduct tds on some component and paid the full amount to my friend. Now they got audited in current year (fy 21-22) and deposited that tds with govt. Now they are claiming this money from my friend. What should he do?

I have credit card with last billed amount of 1,25,000. But i just received my refund of 50,000 which will be adjusted in the next cycle.

But for this cycle, should i pay the entire 1,25,000 and let my CC go into -50,000 balance or i can pay the lower outstanding amount (75,000) only?

I joined company B few months back, and they mentioned that i will be getting offer letter of company A and payroll will be also from company A as the company B will be separating from A in sometime. So now as they separated i got new compensation letter from company B and the joining date mentioned there is the date on which they separated and not the actual joining date on which i joined. Won't this be considered as a switch by future employers? In the new offer letter there is no mention of A
