Is production support dead now ? I am not getting any calls since last 6 months. Has SRE thing eaten the good old application support. Is it advisable to switch to another skill now and which one?

One of my friend has received an inquiry email from capgemini that it has been found that he is moonlighting. has anyone has received a similar email ? He is just working with capgemini only and is currently serving notice period and was expecting to leave by start of january 2023. Is capgemini harassing the guy ? Has anyone else got the same email ?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
