Hi Fieshes, i don’t want to leave development but the job roles I’m getting now after i resigned are the business analyst roles and not the data science ones as i thought of them to be. . My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company

Subs! Internal subbing is draining the life out of teachers. The sub schedule comes out at the last minute bc of so many teacher absences. It’s the split classes in one period (1/2 Gen Ed and a Special Ed class) Teachers on a cart. Subs pick up students and deliver students. Class changeovers take 10 minutes bc of the domino effect. We’re all waiting for next sub. Teachers are late for their own classes. Students are in chaos with rotating subs. We pay $100 a day. Is the Solution in plain sight?

How can one transition from a Visual/graphic designer in marketing to a product designer? And what’s it like being a product designer w a visual design background? Will you completely leave behind the graphic design world or are you still wearing many hats and still fulfilling that design and creative buzz? Office may be inaugurated by 15th of August, Seating Capacity might be 250 as of now. For Audit Dept 50 seats will be there.
I want to know if WFH can be extended for few months unless proper seating capacities are confirmed.

Recently USI Kolkata sent an email and asked about employees willingness to come in office if they start the office in the new location near sector 5 untill technopolis building is ready. They asked how many days I want to come in office.....
My answer was 0 day. 😀

My joining is on 11th July. I believe I have to collect the laptop from Camac street on joining date. But after laptop collection, should I WFH as the Technopolis office is not ready? Also, how much time does it take on first day for all the formalities? After laptop collection and formalities, I am planning to return to my hometown which is 250 km away.
