Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?
What’s standard dress code in Middle East? I’ll be working based out of UAE. I have some exposure to consulting world but from a different region where things are not too formal. Questions are like what are common brands of suits/clothing for consultants? Also, are apple watches fine to wear for business and work meetings? Sorry for asking point blank questions. I just want to plan accordingly before I relocate.

If you feel that the information is important to your research, you may want to speak to management. However, it is ultimately up to your coworker whether or not he decides to share the information with you.
It is not appropriate to speak to management in this situation. This is a personal conflict and should be resolved between you and your coworker.
