DMV employers with reasonable hiring programs- What large employers in the area who hire mid-senior level tech-adjacent consulting talent have the most reasonable hiring practices? A friend of mine tried to refer me to a job and their recruiter told me to expect anywhere from 4-9 rounds of interviews before a decision is made. F that! Please share your own experiences- what employers do this, and which ones recognize there comes a time when you’re just wasting the time of your potential recruits

Googling ADHD today (I’m having a distracted day) and super frustrated because I’m realizing that I was likely misdiagnosed as depressed for years. I've been searching for a new job because I know I am underpaid. I have 12+ years of experience in the event industry and seven years in the Event Tech world. I interviewed with Netflix, Amazon, and Microsoft. I went through all the stages, but I was not selected. Any advice? Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE
