Given Pregnant, short notice.., do the best you can as far as - a long dress/gown in elegant fabric and elegant color that fits and is comfortable.
Having attended ~ 20 black tie weddings in my life … my observation is: no one is judging you unless you show up dressed like the bride or an exotic dancer.
The color + floral print makes this too daytime to me.

No, black tie means structured and elegant, in a high quality material. This is a long dress, whereas black tie requires an evening gown.

Maybe rent a dress from Rent-the-Runway (if that still exists). Opt for dark navy, Bordeaux, deep purple colors in materials like silk, organza, etc. Have a great time!
Yes it does still exist, I use it often, RTR is amazing for weddings especially during pregnancy because when else will you need a maternity evening gown?

I think it works, especially with elegant styling and in the summer, but I am in California where everything is a little more casual.
