Unfortunately this is often the case in an employer leaning labor market. You have to decide which side is more important to you for the near term: earn more and get exhausted or have a life and look for a better opportunity when the market shifts.
After getting hosed multiple times in my career chasing that better comp I now always lean toward better hours. For me, it wasn't worth the impact on my health and relationships.
The current job market currently does favor the employer more than it does the employee.
So, it's really up to you which way you go. Stay where you are and with what you know, or take the higher comp and more hours. If you know about how many hours you will be working, on average, at the new place you can probably figure out how much it comes out to per hour, and you can compare that with what you are are at now.
It comes down to which is more important to you right now. Better pay or better hours.
