It's been 2 weeks since my last round of technical interview (1:1 video call with the Director rank). She seemed very positive, asked me about my notice period, location and salary and said she's fine with all those and said HR will get back. However, it has been two weeks, HR never got back, neither is picking up my call or responding to emails. Should I still be hopeful and wait, or consider myself not selected, even though rounds went pretty well? How much time did it take for you guys??

I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send. So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?
