That is funny! My company now isn't so much like this, it's a bit more stuffy. But my previous company was definitely a hub for all sorts of (bad) advice lol. Funniest piece of advice was, "All men are the same, so just find one you can tolerate." 🤣 Mind you, they were mostly grumpy, divorced women.

That made me laugh - I’ve heard the same before🤣🤣
The best relationship advice I got in the workplace was never to get romantically involved with anyone you work with. I always took that seriously, but it is always surprising how many people don't. Everyone seems to think they will be the exception to the rule and they'll sidestep the obvious disastrous scenarios.
We have the same thing here. There are a couple women I always go to because they have been married happily for years and years. The best advice I have gotten is to stay single as long as it takes to find the right person.
Best one I ever got was “marry someone who loads the dishwasher the way you do—saves years of arguments.” Funniest was “if he does not text back in 10 minutes, he is probably dead.” Both stuck with me.
Funnily don't have a dishwasher yet and my husband just doesn't text. I failed to take both sets of advice lol
