Would you guys consider leaving for a role that offers a much higher base salary but no opportunities to advance? Got an offer that’s an 85% raise adjusted for cost of living. The work seems interesting and I like the company but it’s a smaller office so I basically couldn’t get promoted unless my boss retires or quits.

I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. Been for a company for over 2years. The executive team is very much a boy's club. There are a few women in management roles but zero ethnicity diversity there. I raised my concern to HR in feb.
