I wouldn't place workplace toxicity on social media's shoulders. For example, when a partner attorney sat on his butt for weeks and work is now due, the work can be done remotely, and yet the partner insists the associate that will help him get it done by the deadline today has to do it physically in the office even though the associate's pregnant wife got hospitalized with pre-eclampsia today, that kind of toxicity is wholly created by a human, not by social media (or AI or a bot).

Hi! I recently switched to a new employer, who promised in writing on email that they’d start my GC process right after I complete 3 months with the firm. I’m currently on the 4th month and the process has not yet begun.
Please note that I have to give a couple of exams/certifications, one of which I failed very recently. This is keeping me from asking my employer about the GC process. Am I being irrational? Any advice or help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
