Any advice for a veteran with 6 years of Digital Forensics and Malware experience. I’m having a really hard time finding a new position.

I'm 30 and have spent most of my life studying and working hard for the career I have now. I am where I wanted to be at my age, but why don't I feel purpose or fulfillment? I try to appreciate the small things on a daily basis and remind myself how lucky I am to be in my position. I just can't over this small voice in my head that's saying there has to be more to life than this. Anyone else feeling the same?

Two recruiters have told me that specific major national firms refuse to interview any current or former employees of the firm I work for. is this a big problem or something usual for firms? Panic set in and I’m worried I won’t find decent employment. Current role is underpaying and workload is unmanageable with zero sign of improvement.

We are wrapping up a deal and the parties basically want to do the deal ten more times, but in different flavors and for different items. While I would stick it out through closing of this first deal, is there a graceful way of getting out of doing the rest of the series? I have given interview at two organization in parallel. My expected ctc was same for both the companies. Now I have recieved offer letter from one organization(say A) and it's under processing in company B.

Since I have received one offer letter, should I go back to company B and inform them as my ECTC has now been increased.

But initially, I had no offer so I have given same CTC expectations.
