If you mean a job search isn't easy, don't take it personally, that seems to be the theme of this year. A lot of people have had their careers disrupted, to put it mildly, and are looking for work. So the job market in public service positions is more competitive than what would normally be expected. All you can do is stay persistent, things have to turn around eventually.

There's only a degree of the same no difference. I did have a job once that was 35 hours a week full benefits and I bought a home. Those jobs are long gone.

Hi everyone, what metrics are used by a talent acquisition team to identify insights on their activities to be able to start conversations within the team or other interlinked departments.

More than just metrics like time to hire, cost of hire, demographics, I'd like to hear what data is collected and monitored or measured to get insights on talent acquisition activities.

Thanks in advance for all your inputs :)

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. It’s been extremely stressful and harmful to my ptsd anxiety and depression.
