Hi fishes, I declined the offer from Pwc AC bangalore on July 28th by sending an email to HR, communicated the same to us_pwc_ac_bangalore_recruitment_services@pwc.com. But I keep getting these emails to complete pre-hiring formalities and daily reminders for the same. How can I make them update the status in system? Also are there repercussions of rejecting an offer. I rejected 3 days after acceptance. PwC Pwc AC

I don't know what's worse, getting robotic rejection emails or just being ignored completely. It's better to know, I guess. But checking email first thing in the morning and being told you've been rejected is a tough way to start the day.
lol honestly I just roll over and roll my eyes . I try not to check emails till I’m truly up and running .
Seriously!!! The amount of times I've been just completely ghosted is insane. I'd honestly welcome a rejection email just to know my applications were actually getting seen.
Same I got a rejection 9am on Christmas day so the machine is working overtime lol

Think we're all in the same boat... It's just so draining sometimes. The right thing will come eventually... Right?😂
Lies, lies , lies . lol I was hoping some magical HR fairy will clean out the application folder and realize there’s some good resumes in there , but no haps .

I agree, no response is the worst. I feel that companies owe candidates at least a response

I am convinced many companies are downsizing as a cost measure and to maximize profits and not planning to expland anytime soon. This means there are less jobs for all of us. Employers must feel really lucky to have such a talented pool of candidates. In reality, their goal is to eliminate labor cost as much as they can, which is why we see so much AI 👀
Im right there in the same boat. Over 30 applications and 2 interviews and no job.
Totally understand, that’s about the same I have here plus indeed , zip recruiter, company portals etc. lol smh
