It's sunscreen time again. What's your favorite brand to buy from for sunscreen?? I've been using Sunbum and I'm not sure about it. Every time I wash my face at the end of the day, my eyes burn so much, and I can't help but think it's a chemical overload. Is that a wrong assumption? If not, please recommend skin-friendly sunscreens. I don't mind high-priced ones.

Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.

Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? And how would I be able to cross over to management?

What “self help” books are you guys reading? I just read Untamed by Glennon Doyle and wow, I want to start from the beginning again, but feel like I should read something else. Would love any suggestions.

I currently work in IT Audit at Deloitte and have a degree in Management Information Systems. I'm looking to transition into a cyber security role either with or outside of the firm.
