How I feel about my clients:

Why am I considering this???

Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview
Hi everyone!!! Last year I put together a list of classrooms to exchange valentines with! We mailed 1 valentine to each class and included a picture if we could, and a few things about where we live and things we do!
I currently have 13 classes signed up! The more the merrier!!
We have classes CA, WI, PA, KS, TX, RI, MI, Canada, New Zealand.
I have a form to fill out if you are interested! I will email everyone the list probably at the end of the week if not sooner!

I was taught the same. However, as you would with an employee whose performance dips at work, ask the right questions and the moves could have a plausible explanation. Dismiss without questioning might mean losing a gem.
If someone has the history you describe, spending six months at jobs, sure, that looks odd. It gives the impression of someone who can't fit into a system or can't get along with people. If someone spends six months at one job, that may elicit an explanation, and there may be a good one. A a string of short tenures could be a red flag.
Average duration at a job is most likely to be a pattern that will continue. You may want to think that the position you are offering and your business is different than those of his or her previous employers, but the reality is that the candidate will probably mirror their pattern of longevity at their next employer, regardless of their reasons for why they are no longer working for their previous employers. Look for the patterns and assume that the same will apply to you.
Well it’s true but, they are toxic work places out there you can one after another. Remember there is no candidate who will tell you that I was terminated and tell you the main reason consider that too
No because I have those in my resume 6months here 6months there, for me it’s because those are the positions I’ve gotten fresh out of college 2k18. short term contracts , temp, and part time positions majority with the promise of sure there is room for permanent or full time positions that never come true . My loyalty and belief in that too allowed me to miss out on other full time offers beacause I’ve gotten comfortable within the team.. I’ve had one part time position from 2018 that lasted a year and the company went out of business since then it’s been a choppy resume. You take what comes fast when the bills come due. So no it shouldn’t be an issue just inquire and go from there if the reasoning works for you.
Some people haven’t yet found the right rhythm within an organization. When they do—and the timing aligns—the employer realizes hiring them was the right decision. Also trust the executive leaders that do hire them
