On their application they've said they're accepting only upto 60 days notice period candidates. But I'm having 90 days notice period, if I tell them about this 90 days notice period now in HR round will they understand my situation and select me?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. 1 doubt. We usually get a call before the interview scheduling, for discussing our experience, skill sets, etc., At that time itself, most of the recruiters ask for our cctc & ectc. Then they schedule the interview and further rounds.
So my qn is, can we change the ECTC during HR disc. from what we mentioned in the initial call (before the interview)
