I have an opportunity to go into the private sector side, as well a second interview for another municipality doing same job. Private sector job will pay 35,000 more but will be 3 hrs away my husband is in law enforcement and can’t leave due to his position. Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. PMI question: My home has appreciated by 20-30% in the last year (hot area), I've added about 5% to the home's value, and my LTV is 89%. I asked to remove PMI and my company said I was not eligible to even get an appraisal until the 2 year mark. Has anyone found a way to remove PMI early in similar circumstances?
