What's the best way to gain visibility by those holding 3-4 positions higher than you? I like learning from them and growing mentorships but can't break the AE-level wall with my responsibilities. Being remote also makes it harder to interact.

I'm on the client/business side but would love to hear anyone's thoughts.

My YoE is 2 y 1 mo. Worked on Firmware Dev and Linux Device Driver Dev. Have good knowledge on OS Internals.
I've attended 2 TRs at Qualcomm and then HR called to say that I'm qualified and sent me a set of HR questions over mail to answer. I'm not sure how much CTC should I expect. My current CTC is 3.3 + 0.3 LPA.
Please note that I only did polytechnic/diploma and currently pursuing BCA online. Does not having a BTech lead me to lower CTC?

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.

My accounting edge finance is not compatible with the new Mac OS. I do not need the $15/month subscription they offering as an upgrade since I’m a lone freelancer. Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ?
