Start with an ask about performance and whether you can obtain more formal feedback to help you grow. Once you get said feedback, you can easily slip into a discussion about increasing your income commensurate with the feedback. They know you are new to the work world, so a request for formal feedback should demonstrate that you want to better yourself.
Good advice
Honestly, if you don’t say anything, there’s a good chance nothing changes. I waited too long at my first accounting job because I assumed raises were automatic. They weren’t. When I finally spoke up, my manager basically said they were glad I brought it up because HR wasn’t tracking it at all. Treat it like a business conversation. You’re providing value, and you’re asking how that value is evaluated and rewarded.
