I have a business idea in the VR/AR space utilizing AI. However, I lack skill sets to evaluate viability or to create an MVP. Neither do I have a network to tap into.

My plan is taking classes to deepen my knowledge while joining and actively participating in communities to find collaborators.

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

I'm working as a QA in a product based company and have an experience of 2.7 years in both manual and automation testing. I'm trying for a switch in a SDET role, but now my current company is offering me the role of a Product Manager. Can anyone share your thoughts on what should I do? Is SDET a better role or a PM as a point of career growth ?

My wife is a Software engineer - QA with 2 Yoe, now we are thinking to move to Canada, can someone please guide us on which 2 year course can she pick (for student visa), is data science related course a wise decision? Or how to find a QA related PG program.
