I’ve been in early talent recruiting for about 5 years and currently work as a campus recruiter. Lately, I’ve felt ready to take the next step and transition into HR—possibly as a generalist or in operations or L&D. For those who’ve made this move, how was the transition? Was it hard to find opportunities? I worry my experience may box me into recruiting. I plan to take my SHRM certification early next year.

How to deal with people flirting with you at work.
I’m married, and one of my coworkers flirts with me. Nothing super overt, but definitely not professional. We’re good friends and work together constantly because we’re on the same client, so I don’t want to make it awkward. Do I just do nothing and let it go?
