I was interviewed with Tata Consultancy for service management profile and selected next day third party company named Techorbit called and informed that I was selected and they asked me to send aadhar n pan and for rest of the documents they told me once offer letter have been released I need to submitt rest of the documents, on 23rd June I was informed this things and they have been given DOJ to be 18th July till now I dont have offer letter. How much time I have to wait for offer letter. ??

What makes you feel that the looks gave reps an edge? It’s hard not to feel that way when certain people seem to get quicker rapport. But I believe warmth and deep listening build something that lasts longer than surface impressions.
I feel that we will always see different things working better for different people. Play to your strengths in terms of client wants/needs and you’ll hone your edge.
That's pretty privilege. Life is just easier for more attractive people in almost every way. Yes, knowledge and connection are important, but people are still visual and subconsciously prefer more attractive people.
It’s hard not to notice when a colleague gets more attention just for walking into the room. But honestly, I think our edge comes from being relatable and sharp. People remember that long after the first impression fades.
