I’ve been looking at higher paying salaries at my company but it seems like a lot of the time they ask for a more advanced degree than just a bachelor’s. Would you undergo going back to school if you had the chance to earn 20-40% more salary? What if it was a remote 100% role?

I would definitely consider going back to school if it meant a significant salary boost, especially for a remote role. The flexibility of working from home would make the effort more manageable. I guess my only hesitation would be the cost of the program itself. I think it'd only be worth it at a state school or somewhere where you can go for relatively inexpensive

Thank you! Was definitely considering going back.

Yes. Ive experienced a 110% salary increase since finishing grad school. I’ve been out of grad school for 2.5 yrs

Very nice! Keep it up!
