Become a corporate relationship manager
Can you share more about the corporate relationship manager role?
Really just depends what area you want to pursue. I have been a teller, and banker and decided that operations is appealing to me and moved to a back office position dealing with customer escalations and research. Now I work for CVS health in rebates finance doing payment reconciliations. You could always also continue the sales route and try commercial banking or try to move into a branch manager role. I would start looking at open positions with your bank or others to see what’s available and try to match your interests with what your find. Also think about if your willing to relocate too. Then you can think more about what experience and development you need.
This helped me so much reading your comment. Currently an associate banker and I honestly don't know what I wanna do next. I love customer service, helping others, paper work. Don't care about sales so banker is not an option
